Shipping Policy

Key information:

  • Cut off time: 12 PM (CST-6:00 Chicago)
  • Handling time: 2-5 business days
  • Delivery time: 5-7 business days
  • Shipping only within 48 US states (knows as "lower 48")

Order confirmation

As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Transit times vary from 5-7 business days.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at everbloomingbouquetsco@gmail.com

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, EverBlooming Bouquets is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. We rely on the carrier’s delivery confirmation as proof of delivery, and any issues that occur after that point must be resolved directly with the carrier. However, we are always here to assist you with information and help guide you through filing a claim if needed.

Cancellation 

You have 48 hrs to cancel your order, you have 24 hrs online to cancel it. After those 24 hrs have passed you will need to contact us to be able to cancel your order. Once our team has received an order they like to get to it ASAP so our customers are satisfied with how fast they receive their product. 

Delayed orders

Max 2 days to dispatch and max 7 days for transit adds up to 9 days. If this time has passed and your order has not arrived, please stay patient and wait it out for 3 additional days - delays can occur for various reasons (weather, issue with the delivery service etc.).
