- How long until my order arrives?
It takes us 2-4 days to prepare your items and the orders come after 5-7 days in transit. We currently ship only within the USA (Lower 48).
- Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your orders at any point before we send/make it. Please contact us at everbloomingbouquetsco@gmail.com
- What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
When your order arrives, be diligent and check for any damages (both on the package and then inspect the items as well). If you find any damage, make note of it when accepting the delivery and then reach out to within 24 hours.
Include photos of the damage, your order number and a short explanation.
- Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. Unless you were sent the wrong product or there were some mistakes on our end. If this were to happen you will need to contact us at everbloomingbouquetsco@gmail.com within 24 hours when received.
